Enjoy an immersive emu encounter when facing this one of a kind piece face on!  A true mixed media piece - I incorporated spray paint for the background, contrasting the thick layers of oil paint that make up the form of the emu.   I based this painting off of a photo that I had taken at Glen Rose's 'Fossil Rim' safari - a faceoff that I will forever remember...
